Communicate with the City

The City of Naperville strives to keep the lines of communication open with our residents and other constituents. To this end, we have created several means by which interested parties can obtain information from the city and communicate with us. Feel free to peruse the options listed below.

Citizen Support Center
The Citizen Support Center is a site where residents can search for answers to their questions, ask a new question, submit a service request or file a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

e-News
The City of Naperville offers a wide variety of e-mail newsletter subscriptions free of charge to users.

Facebook and Twitter
The City of Naperville is now posting updates to Twitter and Facebook! If you are a Twitter or Facebook user, you can communicate with the city on both services.

RSS Feeds
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds are available on the City of Naperville's Web site for city and public safety news as well as City Council and Plan Commission agendas and minutes.

YouTube
If you are a YouTube user, you can watch videos from the city or subscribe to receive notifications when the city's YouTube channel is updated.
