Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) Plan

The City of Naperville has posted its current Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) plan. The CMOM is an annual report that outlines Naperville’s sanitary sewer system, including a formalized asset management program and an overflow response plan. The full report can be viewed online, and physical copies are available at all Naperville's Nichols library as well as the Community Services department. 

Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) Plan

This annual report is part of the Water Utility's continued effort to provide customers with educational information regarding Naperville's sanitary sewer system. The CMOM includes the development of a hydraulic model; a formalized asset management program; design and performance monitoring; an Overflow Response Plan; a Reporting and Monitoring plan; and a Third Party Notification Plan.
