Naperville Fire Department Quickly Extinguishes Condominium Fire

Naperville, Ill. - At 12:56 a.m. on Sunday, June 23, the Naperville Emergency Communications Center (ECC) received a notification via its alarm board for the activated fire alarm located at the Winchester Place Condominium complex. Naperville 911 (ECC) dispatched a dual response assignment consisting of two pieces of fire apparatus. At 12:58 a.m., the Naperville ECC received a 911 call reporting a possible structure fire at the address. The alarm was immediately upgraded to a General Alarm consisting of 11 pieces of fire apparatus and 26 personnel, including an Incident Commander and Incident Safety Officer.
