Naperville Police Investigate Stabbing

(On Sunday, July 7, 2024, Naperville Investigators secured an arrest warrant for two counts of First Degree Murder (Class X Felonies) on Zokir S. Kudratov, 55 (d.o.b. 06/17/1969 ) of the 2500 block of Saddlebrook Drive, Naperville. The full follow-up news release can be viewed at www.naperville.il.us/city-news/. )

NAPERVILLE, Ill. — On Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 9:37 a.m., Naperville police officers were dispatched to a home in the 2500 block of Saddlebrook Drive for a patient not breathing. Officers arrived on scene and located several subjects inside the home. Amongst those in the home was an adult female suffering from several apparent stab wounds. The Naperville Fire Department responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead. The exact cause of death is under investigation by the DuPage County Coroner’s Office.

Responding officers and investigators performed a preliminary investigation and placed an adult male under arrest.
