Solar Panel Guidelines

The City of Naperville has updated its net metering policy. The new policy will apply to all solar generating customers in the City and will require an Interconnection Agreement to be signed. To complete and sign the agreement customers will need to login to the Gov QA system.  From here customers will be prompted to sign the agreement through DocuSign and the agreement will be stored electronically.
