Adult Protective Services

Are you a victim 60 years of age or older OR a person with a disability between the ages of 18-59 who cannot report for themselves? APS investigates suspected physical and sexual abuse; neglect; financial exploitation.

Contact YWCA Metropolitan Chicago Sexual Violence Support Services 24/7 Confidential Hotline at (888) 293-2080. Texting also available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you need assistance with a Civil No Contact Order against someone who has sexually assaulted you, call an advocate at (630) 790-6600 ext. 4311 to answer any questions. An advocate can help you fill out the form, accompany you to court to complete the form in-person, and provide support.

Will County

Contact Guardian Angels Community Services 24-hour hotline at (815) 730-8984.

If you need assistance with a Civil No Contact Order against someone who has sexually assaulted you, call an advocate at their 24-hour hotline to answer any questions. An advocate can help you fill out the form, accompany you to court to complete the form in-person, and provide support.

Juvenile Resources

Do you need assistance with a teen who is in crisis who has run away, been locked out of their home, beyond the control of parents and in immediate physical danger or are homeless without their parents?

360 Youth Services provides crisis intervention services for Naperville residents residing in DuPage County.

Aunt Martha’s Health and Wellness provides crisis intervention services for Naperville residents residing in Will County.

Empowerment Tool

The Evidentiary Abuse Affidavit is an empowerment tool and free resource for victims of abuse. With just a username, password and internet access, victims can document their stories and upload evidence in a secure space giving them power and control over their situation.
