School Resource Unit
The School Resource Unit consists of police officers that serve in Naperville's three public high schools, one freshman campus and eight middle schools to prevent crime in the school and on campus and to serve as vital resources to students, parents, educators and others. Officers assist with problem solving, maintaining order and mentoring youth.
In addition, two Community Education/Crime Prevention Specialists present safety programs to elementary and middle school students in Naperville Community Unit School District 203, Indian Prairie School District 204 and five area private schools.
