Child Safety Seat Education and Inspections
Certified police staff members provide child safety seat inspections and education to residents to ultimately reduce the number of injuries and/or fatalities related to traffic collisions.

These resources are available to help adults, parents, educators and our youth better understand the risks, dangers and scams associated with technology and our connected world.

Naperville Police Cadet Program
The Naperville Police Department Cadet Program provides young men and women age 14 to 21 the opportunity to explore a career in law enforcement by volunteering with the Department.

Safety Town
Run by the Naperville Junior Woman's Club in cooperation with the Police and Fire Departments, this miniature town includes streets, tiny buildings, a railroad car and a classroom building.

School safety programs are taught by NPD Community Education/Crime Prevention Specialists to students in Naperville CUSD 203, Indian Prairie SD 204 and all private schools in Naperville.
